Tasks
- Full support for corporate legal operations, including legal assistance in the work of decision-making and supervisory bodies
- Monitoring legal relationships within the corporate group, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Legal support for energy and circular economy projects
- Legal support for other contracting processes
- Support for transaction preparation, participation in legal due diligence and negotiations
- Monitoring legislative changes, preparing legal opinions
- Liaising with authorities, coordinating licensing and other administrative procedures
- Performing legal tasks related to stock exchange presence
- Handling litigation and out-of-court matters, legal support for debt enforcement
- Coordinating the work of external law firms
- Legal support for the operations of business units
