Schneider Electric is looking for an Invoice Analysis and Validation Intern in Budapest. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career, supporting invoice validation, data checks, and administrative activities within an international team.
Tasks
- Support invoice validation and basic data checks
- Review invoices for completeness and missing information
- Help manage the validation queue and aging backlog
- Track blockers, missing data and outstanding actions
- Maintain reports, trackers and validation documentation
- Support process improvements and other IAV administrative activities

Requirements
- Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in business administration, data management, or related field in management/economics
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing)
- Advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills
- Analytical and critical mindset, with high interest in energy market related topics
- Open, proactive attitude and attention to details
