You will work on ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of the building services systems at the Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus as a member of the Facility Management team. In addition to operations, your tasks will include identifying technical faults, implementing development and building services projects, and optimizing energy systems.
Tasks
- Operation and technical support of building services systems at the Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus
- Participation in identifying technical faults, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and determining necessary measures
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance regarding building services systems and operations
- Managing building services projects, coordinating and implementing technical improvements
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of energy systems
- Continuous improvement of the efficiency, reliability, and sustainable operation of building services systems
- Cooperation with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and other technical partners

Requirements
- Higher education in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or another relevant technical field
- Understanding of the operation of building services systems and technical interrelationships
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Cooperative, communicative personality
- Communicative English language skills, both verbal and written
- Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office applications
