Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft. is looking for a Production Support Engineer (Value Stream Engineer) for its plant in Miskolc. Our goal is continuous improvement and perfecting our products.
Tasks
- Achieving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for the area.
- Mapping and optimizing manufacturing processes, and tracking improvements.
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation and work standards.
- Supporting the introduction of new products into production.
- Ensuring process and measurement system capability.
- Monitoring tool performance, lifetime, and replacement frequency.
- Supporting daily production and participating in CIP meetings.
- Analyzing production performance and losses.
- Investigating customer complaints and process deviations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing 5S standards and the TPM plan, as well as monitoring compliance with standards.
- Identifying and realizing cost-reduction opportunities.
- Sourcing alternative tools and suppliers to increase efficiency.
- Regularly reviewing and updating standards.
- Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits.

Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in serial production (experience in battery manufacturing is an advantage)
- Knowledge of LEAN principles
- Negotiation-level English proficiency
