Our stable, dynamically developing international manufacturing company is looking for a new colleague for the position of Production Team Leader at our plant in Székesfehérvár. Our plant operates with modern technology, structured processes, and a strong focus on quality.
Tasks
- Managing daily production according to the production plan
- Coordinating a team of 20-30 operators/machine setters
- Ensuring production targets (quantity, quality, deadlines) are met
- Maintaining work discipline, order, and cleanliness
- Ensuring cooperation and handover of information between shifts
- Monitoring production and quality data, preparing reports
- Identifying and immediately resolving issues in production
- Liaising with related departments (quality, maintenance, logistics, HR)
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Participating in efficiency-improvement and cost-reduction measures

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team of production staff
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic computer skills (Excel, handling reports)
- Structured, decisive, and responsible working style
- Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills
- Compliance with rules and occupational safety regulations
