We are looking for a technically minded Sales Engineer for a dynamically growing manufacturing company headquartered in Tiszaújváros, who will build new business opportunities and proprietary products based on knowledge of the injection-molded plastic products market.
Tasks
- Exploring new market opportunities and product ideas in Hungary
- Contacting potential partners in person, via phone, and email
- Mapping market needs, collecting product samples
- Evaluating injection-molded plastic products from a technical and manufacturability perspective
- Developing ideas for new proprietary products, participating in the technical design of the product
- Exploring recycling opportunities for available raw materials and production capacity
- Cooperating with the CEO and the production department
- Documenting market and development work

Requirements
- Engineering degree and strong engineering mindset
- Knowledge of the market and technology of injection-molded plastic products
- Solid understanding of product manufacturability and technical aspects
- Sales / business development mindset, confident client communication
- Ability to independently map the market and explore new business opportunities
- Willingness to travel regularly across the country and visit the plant in Tiszaújváros
- Creative, proactive approach and problem-solving skills
- Confident English language skills
