As a Shift Supervisor in Quality Assurance, you will manage a team of up to 25–40 people (depending on the area) on a multi-shift schedule in the Body Shop of the Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét plant.
Tasks
- Ensure smooth production in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz production system, keeping deadlines and cost efficiency in mind
- Achieve quality and quantity production targets within the area of responsibility
- Organize resources and adapt production processes to changing demands
- Manage, develop, and provide professional support to subordinate team members
- Troubleshoot, document, and evaluate errors arising during the production process
- Develop, coordinate, and implement cost-efficiency proposals

Requirements
- At least secondary technical education
- Experience in production planning/organization
- Willingness to work a multi-shift schedule
- Communicative level of German, spoken and written
- MS Office skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem- and solution-oriented mindset
- Team spirit and flexibility
