Erste Magyarország is looking for a system analyst for the bank insurance area. Your tasks will include participating in the development of bank insurance applications and digital sales processes, designing integrations between systems, and playing an active role in agile teamwork.
Tasks
- Participate in the development of bank insurance applications and digital sales processes.
- Design integrations between banking and insurance systems.
- Work in an agile team: actively participate in sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritizing development tasks.
- Work closely with business areas, developers, and external partners alike.
- Support the full lifecycle of developments from design through testing to going live.
- Participate in domestic and international IT projects, and proactively contribute to the digitalization of processes.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst
- Fluent English language skills spoken and written
- Independent creation of functional and technical specifications
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and modern application architectures
- Basic SQL and database management knowledge
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Structured, independent working style
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
