Tasks
- Setting the product vision and developing a dynamic, detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior management
- Conducting continuous market research and user feedback sessions to identify and solve customer pain points, adapting the product to meet market demands effectively
- Performing ongoing competitive analysis to understand market trends, positioning, and opportunities for differentiation
- Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to prioritize development efforts, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives that drive product launches and market adoption
- Leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to make informed product decisions. Regularly reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a stellar customer experience.

Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Product Management, preferably gained at both startups and multinational companies in international environment
- Excellent product strategy creation skills with direct exposure to the business
- Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills
- Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment
- Experience working with startups and AI technologies is an advantage
