We are looking for a Sales Back Office Manager for the Budapest subsidiary of an international technology company, who will be responsible for leading the Sales Back Office team and optimizing sales support processes.
Tasks
- Leading, organizing and developing the daily operations of the Sales Back Office team
- Coordinating daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks, ensuring proper substitutability and workload distribution
- Supporting, training and professional development of team members and interns
- Providing regular performance evaluations and developmental feedback
- Continuous development of Sales Back Office and Area Sales Manager processes, as well as maintenance of related regulations and workflow descriptions
- Ensuring operations comply with ISO, SOX and internal regulations
- Supporting system developments, testing and rollouts affecting the area
- Supervising the full lifecycle of customer master data in relevant segments
- Coordinating the contract management process from contract preparation and approval to compliance and expiration tracking
- Managing pricing and tariff processes, including handling price changes, errors and exceptions
- Managing, calculating and reporting discount structures, sales bonuses and commercial campaigns
- Supervising the maintenance of up-to-date commercial tools and related records
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses and decision-support materials
- Supporting the work of the Commercial Director and the Sales Director
- Close cooperation with various business areas

Requirements
- Higher education degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Back Office, Sales Operations or similar role
- Experience in contract management, pricing and database management
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Fluent English language skills both spoken and written
- Proficient use of MS Excel
