Tasks
- Member of the administrative team of the Budapest-based service center
- Support of the Eastern European service center
- Compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, and ISO 17025)
- Receiving, inspection, and administration in SAP of products arriving for the sales and service area
- Organization of deliveries with courier services and logistics partners
- Visual inspection, cleaning, virus and electrical safety check of equipment received for service, checking of accessories, and documentation of all these
- Packaging of products, boxing, stocking and reordering of packaging materials
- Issuance, tracking, and return of demo equipment
- Inventory management tasks and stocktaking
- Monitoring and maintenance of company vehicles
- Supporting the technical team in stocking and packaging the instruments necessary for service trips
- Supporting the technical team at the client's site (visual inspection of equipment, cleaning, virus and electrical safety check)

Requirements
- Minimum secondary education, technical (vocational) education is an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of experience in transportation and warehousing
- Experience gained at a manufacturing or technical company
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Native level Hungarian language skills
- Confident spoken and written English language skills
- Experience in using any enterprise management system (mainly SAP) is an advantage
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Result-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset
- Precise, accurate work, commitment to quality, process improvement
- Category B driving license and at least 1 year of driving experience, as well as willingness to drive company cars
- Good organizational skills and practical approach
