Operate and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments across physical, virtual, and hybrid infrastructure. Participate in agreed on-call or 24x7 production support coverage.
Tasks
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain supported Windows Server platforms.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, certificates, and core Windows services.
- Manage SCCM/WSUS patching, vulnerability remediation, configuration compliance, and exception reporting.
- Support VMware ESXi and Hyper-V hosted Windows workloads, including capacity and availability checks.
- Automate recurring administration tasks through PowerShell and approved orchestration tools.
- Execute backup, recovery, disaster recovery, incident, problem, and change activities through ITSM processes.
- Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and maintain SOPs and runbooks.
- Participate in agreed on-call or 24x7 production support coverage.
