The Openhouse Real Estate and Financial Intermediary Network is looking for a loan officer for the Openhouse Real Estate Office in Tatabánya and Komárom! Tasks
- serving clients of the real estate agency, assessing credit needs, tailored presentation of banking products
- processing mortgage loans, personal loans, babaváró loans, selling housing savings association contracts and bank account products
- preparing loan applications, submitting them to the bank
- managing the lending process and related administrative subtasks
- continuous communication and cooperation with real estate agents, clients, and bank contact persons
- prospecting for new clients

Requirements
- at least secondary education and a financial services intermediary official exam, or a higher economic degree
