We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the TrustID Solutions team who will play a key role in launching our software products to the market and expanding our client base. The focus of this position is on identifying new business opportunities, building and developing enterprise relationships, and representing our products at a high standard in client meetings, presentations, demos, and professional events.
Tasks
- Identifying new business opportunities, building the sales pipeline, and executing go-to-market activities
- Planning and coordinating the market launch of our products, actively participating in defining and implementing appropriate communication channels, advertising spaces, campaigns, and content
- Conducting client presentations, product presentations, and demos in Hungarian and English
- Active participation in conferences and professional events, reliably representing the company and its products
- Consciously building and nurturing a network of contacts, establishing new business relationships
- Approaching enterprise clients and decision-makers, initiating and advancing pilot opportunities
- Developing new and existing client relationships, maintaining regular and proactive contact
- Identifying customer needs, business problems, and use cases
- Structured collection of customer feedback and accurate relaying to internal teams
- Close collaboration with product development teams to properly address customer needs
- Building long-term, trusted customer relationships and supporting customer satisfaction
- Coordinating pilots, customer alignments, and pre-implementation business processes
- Coordinating the compilation of presentations, sales materials, product communication, and customer support content
- Supporting marketing and product communication with market and customer feedback
