R&D Engineer

Tasks

• Active participation in research and development projects, testing and evaluation of new technologies, methods, and materials
• Improving the physical and chemical properties of products to enhance performance, stability, and quality
• Supporting manufacturing technology improvements, process optimization, and efficiency enhancement
• Research and standardization of new production methods, including equipment and materials used
• Investigation of new additives, planning and execution of experiments and tests
• Developing new measurement and testing methods for more accurate and reliable quality control
• Providing project tools and chemicals, maintaining contact with suppliers when necessary
• Professional support of related departments in development and manufacturing processes
• Professional mentoring of chemical laboratory technicians
• Change management of R&D processes, documentation, implementation, validation
• Identifying cost-reduction opportunities in development and production areas

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering (advantage: degree in chemical engineering or chemistry)
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of electrochemistry
