Join our dynamic team as a Controller Trainee, where you will play a vital role in supporting Reporting, Sales, and Cost Controlling functions. Imagine engaging with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, from generating and submitting reports to managing accounts receivable and payable processes.
Tasks
- You will collect receivables and prepare aging and other necessary accounts receivable reports, maintaining contact with Customer Service and customers.
- You will administer purchase orders and incoming invoices, ensuring timely approvals while liaising with Procurement and Accounting teams.
- You will support cost controlling efforts by assisting with cost center planning and reporting as required.
- You will complete additional tasks as assigned, leveraging your knowledge and experience to meet company needs.
- You will uphold quality and EHS management system regulations while supporting the achievement of quality and EHS targets in your area.

Requirements
- You are enrolled in a university or college degree in Finance or relevant Financial Controlling education.
- You have excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail with numbers.
- You are proficient in Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ideally, you possess knowledge of cost center controlling and production processes.
- You have advanced Hungarian and intermediate English to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Availability to work for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
