Tasks
- Participation in the development and implementation of Hydro's environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Conducting internal audits
- Cooperation with local departments and the international HSE network
- Holding environmental training sessions
- Supporting water protection tasks
- Keeping environmental procedures up to date in the document management system
- Liaison with authorities
- Coordinating the waste management system
- Tracking legislative changes
- Organizing and coordinating environmental measurements
- Managing environmental records, data provision, and report preparation

Requirements
- Degree in environmental engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient spoken and written professional English
- Experience in managing ISO 14001 audits
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
