The German-headquartered METRO group is looking for a new colleague for the position of Regional Sales Manager in our Eastern Hungary region. Your task will be the operational management, support, and development of HoReCa Territorial Sales Managers, as well as ensuring the achievement of turnover, profit, and efficiency targets.
Tasks
- Operational management, support, and development of HoReCa Territorial Sales Managers.
- Development and enforcement of sales processes and standards.
- Monitoring, control, and improvement of sales activities.
- Mapping and exploitation of the business potential of the HoReCa market.
- Ensuring the achievement of turnover, profit, and efficiency targets.
- Continuous monitoring of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Proposing the development of assortment, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Personal support and development of clients with the highest potential.
- Close cooperation with central departments, store managers, and sales support functions.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of customer loyalty and sales support programs.
- Preparation of regular business analyses and reports, development of improvement proposals.
- Supporting training and development programs for Territorial Sales Managers.
- Participation in the selection and onboarding of new colleagues.
- Identification and development of leadership succession and talent.
