Tasks
- Providing support via phone, email and chat for customers regarding shipment and delivery enquiries
- Tracking parcels, investigating delivery issues
- Coordinating with operational teams for the most optimal resolution
- Managing customer cases, delivery amendments and records
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional service

Requirements
- Strong language skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills

- At least finished High School education
- Willingness to work in two shifts (08:00-16:30; 11:30-20:00)
