Sanmina Corporation is a global company in the field of integrated manufacturing solutions. Our Tatabánya plant performs full-scope electronics contract manufacturing, repair, and logistics activities. We are looking for an Inspection Engineer to achieve corporate goals using automated inspection equipment.
Tasks
- Programming and New Product Introduction (NPI): creation and optimization of programs for SMT AOI and Coating AOI for trial and serial production.
- Full support for New Product Introduction (NPI): execution of tasks in the technology area according to corporate quality expectations.
- Programming and setup of offline inspection tools and special measuring equipment.
- Development and implementation of improvement plans in line with plant objectives.
- Special focus on reducing the false alarm rate and improving detection capability.
- Management of continuous improvement projects in the Coating and SMT areas.
- Execution and complete documentation of machine and process validations (MSA, Gage R&R).
- Ensuring the machine capability (Cpk) and technical condition of the machines within the scope of responsibility.
- Monitoring the continuous availability and proper condition of production tools and auxiliary equipment.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the area (FPY, False alarm rate).
Requirements
- Knowledge of inspection processes (image processing, color coding, SPC standards)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage
- Higher education in mechanical engineering, IT, or electronics
- Professional user level knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Application
- English language skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
