You can work in a strategically important role where your demand forecasts directly impact business and supply chain decisions. In your regionally focused tasks, you will work in close cooperation with domestic and international teams.
Tasks
- Coordinating and operating the monthly demand planning process, keeping plans up to date, documenting, and tracking them
- Creating reliable demand forecasts based on market trends, sales data, and business insights
- Analyzing inventory levels and expected demand, identifying risks of stockouts and overstocking
- Gathering, evaluating, and incorporating business inputs related to demand plans into forecasts
- Presenting demand planning results, risks, and business scenarios to decision-makers
- Continuous improvement of the demand planning methodology, reports, and performance metrics

Requirements
- Higher education degree in economics, engineering, commerce, or supply chain management
- At least 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales and market data analysis, or business planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, structured mindset
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
- MS Office, SAP, and PowerBI user proficiency
