We are looking for a plastic injection molding technician to join our partner's team, who will use their analytical thinking, technological knowledge, and ability to work independently to drive the efficiency and continuous improvement of molding processes.
Tasks
- Sampling of injection molds.
- Independent analysis and optimization of injection molding processes.
- Preparation of technical documentation and sampling protocols.
- Conducting professional training and sharing acquired knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements
- You have completed technical education, preferably as a plastics technician.
- Experience as a plastics technician is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Engel and/or Arburg machine controls is also an advantage.
- You approach technical challenges with an innovative, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
- You work confidently on your own while collaborating well with your team.
- You are flexible and proficient in MS Office applications.
- You can communicate in German and/or English.
