This role is about building a dependable technical function: clear standards, capable engineers and decisions supported by sufficient evidence. The project focus is solar systems for rubber and polymer-product manufacturing facilities. You will oversee the technical approach, support engineering staff and ensure that commercial pressure does not leave important engineering questions unresolved.
Tasks
- Define technical standards, approval responsibilities and engineering review stages.
- Organise workloads and support the development of engineering staff.
- Assess system architecture, equipment compatibility and electrical interfaces.
- Review significant design changes and technical risks.
- Coordinate specialist input where structural, connection or safety assessments are required.
- Investigate recurring technical issues and improve engineering procedures.
- Maintain reliable commissioning and technical handover requirements.
Requirements
- You must currently reside in Hungary.
- At least 10 years of management experience is required.
- Applications without management experience, or with fewer than 10 years of management experience, will not be considered.
- Cross-industry management experience is accepted, but relevant electrical engineering and solar PV competence are essential.
- Hungarian and English languages.
