Tasks
- Participation in the full-scale management of reported insurance claims for corporate property and liability insurance
- Performing legal and amount-based investigations, formulating expert decisions
- Effective cooperation with our clients, as well as continuous communication with experts, underwriters, sales staff, and other professionals involved in the process
- Identification of the party responsible for the damage, fraud suspicion investigation
- Sharing your experiences and feedback — to improve product development, reduce risks and improve processes
- Participation in international and local professional projects

Requirements
- higher education with a technical degree (e.g. technical manager, architectural engineer, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, safety engineer)
- you communicate excellently, handle clients well and cooperate effectively with others
- you have knowledge of English
- you have outstanding problem-solving skills, quickly grasp situations and work in a solution-oriented manner
- you are precise and professional
- you think in processes, easily coordinating logistical and administrative tasks
- you know and use modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
