Tasks
- Full-scope management of railway signalling, train control and related mobility projects.
- Development of detailed project plans, schedules and resource plans.
- Tracking project deadlines, budgets, quality requirements and financial goals.
- Professional and operational coordination of the project organization's work.
- Coordinating and controlling technical project management tasks.
- Identification, assessment and management of project risks, resource requirements and changes.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, decision preparation and initiating necessary actions.
- Representing the company at client negotiations, project meetings and partner consultations.
- Managing client requests, coordinating communication between stakeholders and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Ensuring the documentation of project activities and tracking progress.

Requirements
- Higher technical or economic degree.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Negotiation-level Hungarian and English language skills.
- Confident, assertive communication, excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven attitude.
- Confident presence in mid- and senior-management level discussions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
