We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing organisation. In this role, you will manage the company's day-to-day financial operation, coordinate the accounting team and support the leadership in the strategic decisions. Your work will contribute directly to the management. You will report to the CFO.
Tasks
- Helping to formalize and structure the internal financial controlling processes of the company
- Overseeing and managing the company financial situation in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with the external accounting team
- Overseeing the company's cashflow
- Supporting the CFO in yearly financial audits and business planning
- Client billing and debtor management liaising with sales teams to confirm invoicing details and contracts
- Managing debtor/creditor processes across the company, ensuring clients pay on time and we pay suppliers on time
- Bank reconciliations and tracking bank payments across multiple currencies
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for management
- Supporting the legal team by reviewing contracts from a financial perspective and helping structure and execute internal legal processes
