You will visit customers and distributors independently or alongside sales teams to support regular technical discussions, with a particular focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for key accounts.
Tasks
- Provide application support to OEMs, Distributors and EMSs, including system analysis, proposals, product selection, layout, technical comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, and custom design
- Effectively translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to facilitate product design and specification improvements
- Deliver training programs to customers and distributor partners, including product technology, applications, and regular product roadmap updates
- Gather customer feedback and provide input to Product Management to improve product acceptance
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to NBO pipeline targets
- Prepare technical literature, application notes, technical sales tools, training materials, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering -- power)
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Sound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for Automotive & Transportation, Industrial Segment, and Energy Segment
- Initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as integral part of a professional team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and self development
