Raiffeisen Bank Hungary is seeking a branch director for its Üllői Road branch. Your tasks will include sales management, team leadership, relationship building, and active participation in the operational tasks of mortgage lending, SME lending, and the premium segment.
Tasks
- Apply your own experience and the sales tools provided by us, manage the fulfillment of retail, premium, and SME business and sales plans for the branch
- Ensure the continuously sustainable performance of your team through development and cohesion
- Turn the business potential within your scope into tangible results, identify and win over corporate and premium clients for our Bank
- Acquire operational knowledge in mortgage lending, professionally support and, if necessary, substitute the mortgage advisor colleague, actively maintain contact with partners and acquire new ones
- Acquire operational knowledge in SME lending and maintain it, conduct client negotiations, provide professional support and substitution for the relationship manager when necessary
- Acquire premium segment knowledge, provide professional support and substitution for the relationship manager when needed, and conduct client negotiations
- Effectively identify and leverage synergies between the retail, premium, and small business segments for multi-segment success
- Comprehensive financial education for clients regarding our banking services, aligned with digitalizing banking trends
