On behalf of our food industry partner in Kecskemét, which is backed by a stable, continuously growing, international company, we are looking for a Laboratory Assistant. If you are interested in food laboratory work, are precise and reliable, and would like to work in a modern environment, this opportunity is for you! This position also provides an excellent entry-level opportunity into the field of food quality control.
Tasks
- Active participation in sampling, preparation, and testing of raw materials
- Performing physical, chemical, and organoleptic testing of raw materials and semi-finished products
- Professional use of equipment and measuring instruments required for laboratory tests
- Regular and documented execution of in-process quality controls and plant inspections
- Precise recording of test results, maintenance of records and related documentation
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations in the production area and the laboratory
- Participation in regular monitoring of the CCP (Critical Control Points) system
- Detecting and reporting deviations and anomalies, and supporting necessary measures

Requirements
- Secondary vocational / technical education in the food industry
- At least conversational English language skills
- Precise, conscientious, and responsible work
- Good observation skills and rule-following attitude
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively

- Work in a 2-shift schedule, with morning and afternoon shifts
