Tasks
- Achieving targets set by factory KPIs, optimizing assembly processes
- Investigating and analyzing production issues, developing and implementing corrective actions
- Discussing and communicating problematic points during new product introduction
- Supporting trial production, liaising with the project team
- Verifying the execution of production equipment maintenance, checking instrument settings
- Monitoring and analyzing production defect rates together with related departments, developing and implementing preventive measures
- Developing work instructions, participating in the creation of process control plans
- Conducting necessary training for new employees
- Initiating and actively participating in development projects related to their area
- Providing full technical support when needed
