We are looking for a colleague for the Single Brain Hub in the Customer Facing Unit (CFU), the Daily Operation Squad, and the professional community responsible for reports (Data Analytics Chapter). Join us as a data analyst!
Tasks
- Receiving, independently preparing, and continuously running Magyar Telekom's mandatory regulatory reports and Deutsche Telekom's group-level reports.
- Compiling reports requiring large data volumes and complex data processing, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with strict deadlines.
- Learning, documenting, improving, and automating existing reporting processes where possible for more efficient and reliable operation.
- Creating and operating reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting, supporting business areas in decision-making.
- Active cooperation with regulatory, controlling, and other professional areas to accurately understand and fulfill reporting needs.
- Taking independent responsibility for tasks entrusted to you, identifying potential data errors and discrepancies, and developing proposed solutions.
- Active participation in the professional work of the Daily Operation Squad and Data Analytics Chapter.

Requirements
- You have a higher education degree in economics, IT, or another relevant field.
- You are characterized by outstanding analytical and systemic thinking, you like working with large amounts of data, and you quickly grasp complex data relationships.
- Precision and reliability are among your strengths: it is important to you that the data you produce is accurate, verifiable, and consistent.
- You like structured, well-organized work, and you are able to independently manage multiple parallel tasks and strict deadlines.
- You are not satisfied with just finishing a report: you investigate discrepancies, look for connections, and strive for continuous process improvement.
- You willingly take independent responsibility for complex, business-critical tasks and find professional challenge even in regularly recurring tasks.
- You use MS Office applications with confidence, especially Excel, and you are happy to learn new data processing tools.
- You have at least intermediate English language skills.
- You cooperate well with other specialized areas, while also being able to independently organize and complete the tasks entrusted to you.
