DSS Consulting Zrt. has been supporting its partners since 1998 in implementing business intelligence systems, analytical solutions and custom application developments. We are currently looking for a Senior BPR expert whose experience will support the mapping, optimization and redesign of complex business processes, and contribute to more efficient, digitized operations.
Tasks
- Mapping, analysis and documentation of current business processes (As-Is).
- Conducting interviews and workshops with relevant business and professional areas.
- Exploring relationships between business processes, organizational roles and supporting systems.
- Identifying bottlenecks, redundancies and unnecessary process steps, conducting root cause analysis.
- Designing and modeling optimized future business processes (To-Be).
- Conducting gap analyses and developing process improvement proposals.
- Identifying digitization and automation opportunities.
- Prioritizing development initiatives and defining quick wins.
- Preparing business impact assessments, priority matrices and implementation roadmaps.
- Developing process KPIs and quantifying the expected business and operational impacts of improvements.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business process improvement.
- Practical experience in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in applying BPR (Business Process Reengineering) or Lean process improvement methodologies.
- Confident process modeling knowledge.
- Practical experience in developing and analyzing process-related KPIs.
- Ability to recognize digitization and automation opportunities.
- Experience in quantifying business and operational impacts.
- Strong analytical thinking, systematic approach and objective, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, confident handling of executive-level discussions.
- Experience in managing organizational changes and collaborating with various functional areas.
