Their plant operates with modern technology, structured operations, and a strong focus on quality, and their products appear in industrial and infrastructure application areas.
Tasks
- Leading a logistics team of 7 people
- development and adoption of best practices and methods for precise planning from other plants
- continuous rescheduling of production based on actual production progress
- preparation of daily production plans together with production planners, taking into account material and staffing activities
- conducting accurate capacity analysis — preparing medium- and long-term capacity and production plans
- performing material planning based on production plans
- supervising and controlling daily raw material dispatch and procurement
- checking the arrival of raw materials and parts from suppliers
- monitoring on-site and external inventory levels
- optimizing inventory composition and levels based on precise production plans
- monitoring internal packaging and commissioning activities
- optimal warehouse operations
- monitoring in-house or intra-logistics activities
- analyzing and adjusting ERP master data (SAP)
- supporting ERP updates, master data setup, and ERP maintenance activities
- supporting reporting related to inventory and performance KPIs

Requirements
- higher education in logistics, supply chain, economics, or technical field
- minimum 3-5 years of relevant logistics / supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- management experience
- solid knowledge of production planning, material planning, warehousing, and inventory management processes
- SAP Master level knowledge
- confident use of English; business communication appropriate for the position
- structured and analytical thinking
- can-do attitude
- strong communication skills
