As BYD Hungary continues to expand its manufacturing operations, we are strengthening our recruitment capabilities and developing new recruitment channels in Serbia. We are looking for an experienced Serbian-speaking Recruitment Specialist who understands the local labor market and can independently drive end-to-end recruitment projects, with a particular focus on large-scale blue-collar recruitment.
Tasks
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar positions, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring targets, particularly for large-scale operator recruitment.
- Monitor recruitment progress, analyze hiring results, and take timely action to improve delivery efficiency.
- Identify, develop, and maintain local recruitment channels, including online platforms, employment agencies, labor suppliers, job fairs, and local employment offices.
- Build partnerships with local recruitment agencies, vocational schools, universities, and other relevant organizations.
- Explore new talent pools and recruitment opportunities across Serbia to support BYD Hungary's workforce needs.
- Communicate with Serbian candidates in their native language, introduce job opportunities, and maintain effective candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and travel or arrival arrangements where necessary.
- Track recruitment KPIs, candidate pipelines, channel performance, and hiring costs.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide market insights to support workforce planning and recruitment decisions.
- Work closely with the Hungarian HR team and relevant business departments to align recruitment plans with workforce demand.
