Tasks
- Timely replacement and preparation of vulcanization molds according to the production plan.
- Ensuring the proper condition, cleaning, and maintenance of vulcanization molds using hand tools.
- Quantitative and qualitative tracking of molds.
- Operation of forklifts and production equipment related to the work, as well as performance of logistical tasks.
- Liaising with related plants, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations.

Requirements
- Qualification as a locksmith, machine locksmith, or toolmaker.
- Willingness to work continuous 12-hour shifts.
