Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys turning complex business questions into clear, actionable insights? In this role, you will perform complex Downstream segment-level analyses, deliver ad hoc decision support, and build broad business knowledge across the segment.
Tasks
- Lead and contribute to complex segment-level analyses and targeted deep dives into Downstream performance and key business drivers
- Provide agile ad hoc decision support to senior stakeholders by structuring ambiguous questions and delivering high-quality analyses under tight deadlines
- Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights, compelling management materials, and actionable recommendations
- Build a broad understanding of Downstream operations and financial performance by collaborating with business areas, local finance teams, and segment-level functions

Requirements
- University or college degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- At least 2--3 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, reporting, or business analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365; familiarity with SAP, Thinkcell, Power BI is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of corporate processes, accounting, and corporate finance
