Tasks
- Processing incoming customer orders for the DACH region and intercompany, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing
- technical, commercial, and tax responsibility within the scope of order fulfillment
- creating sales orders in SAP, including release for production and procurement
- creating bills of material using SAP configurators.Coordinating order fulfillment with the supply chain and sending the final order confirmation to the customer/subsidiary
- change management and tracking order status
- coordinating delivery with the customer and shipping department, taking payment security into account and creating the necessary documents
- creating final invoices, including down payment and customs invoices
- designing and maintaining the SAP configurator for robots and mobile platforms.Handling material orders between production plants

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a shared service center environment
- advanced technical understanding of product architecture and combinatorial configurations
- experience with large projects
- proficiency in SAP and SalesForce
- excellent communication skills in English and German
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to assertively manage tasks and responsibilities
