Tasks
- Comprehensive professional management and quality assurance of passenger information from audio, electronic and graphical information to implementation, including stop and onboard passenger information related to the FUTÁR system, as well as content supervision of service providers' public address systems.
- Coordination of passenger information related to traffic and network changes, ongoing maintenance and updating of informative content, transport maps and other information materials.
- Supervision of the implementation and operation of passenger information materials, from production and placement to the inspection of bus stop conditions and necessary repairs.
- Initiation and coordination of passenger information development, by drafting proposals aimed at improving service standards and supporting their implementation.
- Managing the daily operations of the field and staff tasks, coordinating work processes, monitoring performance and cooperating with related fields and service providers.

Requirements
- Higher education (technical degree is an advantage)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills, systemic mindset
- Good communication and cooperation skills, assertive and supportive leadership approach
- Independent, proactive problem-solving mindset, decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
- Good situational awareness and prioritization skills, flexibility
- High-level and confident knowledge of Excel / MS Office
- Basic English language skills
