Sprint Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a client project, who has several years of experience in scaled agile operations and is able to quickly and independently join team support in a complex corporate banking environment with minimal onboarding.
Tasks
- Supporting agile teams in a customized operating environment based on the Spotify model.
- Organizing, facilitating Scrum events, and tracking related tasks.
- Assessing and monitoring the agile maturity of teams and determining development directions.
- Continuously improving the efficiency and performance of teams.
- Identifying impediments to efficient operations and supporting their removal.
- Tracking performance metrics, preparing and analyzing reports.
- Developing Agile and Scrum methodological knowledge, organizing and conducting training.
- Actively participating in the development of organizational agility.
- Developing tribe-level operational and methodological backlogs, supporting the implementation of backlog items.
- Supporting quarterly planning cycles, facilitating compliance with planning processes and deadlines.
- Collaborating with projects, other agile teams, and non-agile organizational areas.
