We are looking for an experienced professional to support a group-wide HR Data Governance project within Deutsche Telekom. In this role, you will help improve HR data quality, establish effective governance processes, and translate strategic concepts into practical solutions.
Tasks
- Translation of data quality frameworks into practical rules, processes, responsibilities, and measures
- Coordination of the implementation of data quality standards with business areas and system owners
- Identification, prioritization, and tracking of data quality issues and corrective actions
- Management of complex sub-projects and workstreams with a clear scope, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Planning and coordination of project activities, schedules, resources, and budgets
Requirements
- Experience in data quality or data governance with contributions to the definition or improvement of data standards, quality rules, responsibilities, or governance processes
- Ability to put concepts into practice
- Experience in complex organizations working across multiple functions
- Ability to manage project work
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
