As a Senior Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth and accurate billing, financial, and commercial processes across the cloud customer lifecycle.
Tasks
- Managing Order-to-Cash and billing activities for cloud products and services
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with contracts, consumption data, and internal policies
- Reviewing invoice quality, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections
- Supporting customer and partner onboarding into billing and operational processes
- Providing commercial and financial guidance to Sales and Bid teams
- Supporting pricing, billing models, deal structures, and financial evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with TSI governance and financial steering requirements
- Driving process improvements, standardization, transparency, and audit readiness
- Supporting revenue assurance, profitability, and financial performance management
