As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of logistics activities within the Hatvan Logistics Center. You will lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and fostering a collaborative and people-focused culture.
Tasks
- Planning logistics strategy and monitoring budget performance
- Managing inventory and ensuring efficient product flow
- Leading, developing, and mentoring the logistics team
- Optimizing and automating logistics processes
- Coordination picking, packing, and administrative operations
- Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Performing operational duty shifts to ensure smooth warehouse operations and business continuity

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience in team leadership and/or logistics operations
- Fluent English communication skills
