NINE COMPANY handles complex creative and construction projects. Our activities range from interior design implementation and retail space outfitting to the production of exhibition stands, event installations, and custom architectural solutions. Our projects are diverse, so we are looking for someone who is confident in the world of construction, independently coordinates on-site work, and takes an active role in practical execution.
Tasks
- On-site preparation, daily organization, and management of construction projects.
- Coordinating the work of internal staff and subcontractors.
- Interpreting technical drawings, determining materials, tools, and resources needed for construction.
- Preparing material procurements, liaising with suppliers and partners.
- Monitoring construction schedules, quality requirements, and deadlines.
- Resolving on-site technical and organizational issues in cooperation with project managers and designers.
- Documenting progress, changes, and technical deviations.
- Coordinating technical handovers, defect repairs, and, if necessary, dismantling and return transport.
- Active, personal participation in construction, assembly, and other construction tasks according to your qualifications and authorizations.

Requirements
- You have relevant construction or interior construction experience.
- You have previously managed on-site teams or subcontractors.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- You think independently, organize well, and bring solutions to problems.
- You are familiar with construction materials, technologies, and procurement processes.
- You flexibly adapt to the changing work schedule of construction projects.
- You like not just managing, but also rolling up your sleeves for practical work when needed.
- You are willing to undertake occasional work abroad.
- You have a category B driving license, relevant professional education or qualification, and English proficiency suitable for international negotiations.
