The Budapest office of Emerson, a global automation technology and software company, is looking for an experienced Senior TB - és Bérszámfejtési Specialista. The person in this position will be responsible for the full-cycle payroll processing of employees and students in dual training within the SAP system, as well as social security administration and related tasks.
Tasks
- Performing full-cycle payroll calculations for employees and students in dual training within the SAP system
- Processing monthly payroll data, managing and recording deductions
- Calculating regular and ad-hoc benefits and payouts
- Performing daily payroll administration tasks
- Preparing employee certificates
- Calculating travel-related commuting reimbursements
- Managing social security matters and related administration
- Supporting the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and data reports
- Preparing reports and statements for related departments
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal regulations

Requirements
- Payroll and social security administrator qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Several years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Confident MS Office user skills
- Outstanding accuracy, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
