We are looking for a highly capable IT Project Implementation Manager with proven experience in Odoo ERP, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies. This role will lead to the successful delivery of ERP and IT transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration between business systems, cloud platforms, and network environments.
Tasks
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP and related IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Odoo ERP Expertise: Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
- Cloud Integration: Design and manage cloud-based solutions to support scalable and secure ERP deployments.
- Network Oversight: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing network environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Change & Risk Management: Drive adoption through training and support, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to systems and processes based on evolving business needs and technology trends.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience managing Odoo ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with Odoo Studio, custom module development, and API integrations.
- Solid grasp of business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and HR.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Odoo certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Certifications in cloud or networking.
- Experience in multi-site or international ERP rollouts.
