You ensure the operational and technical production processes of the plant and carry out necessary repairs. Ensure the efficient technical operation of the machinery group in your primary area of responsibility with an ownership mindset.
Tasks
- You ensure the operational and technical production processes of the plant and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure the efficient technical operation of the machinery group in your primary area of responsibility with an ownership mindset.
- Take necessary measures and notify your direct supervisor in case of technical non-compliance during production or deviation from the baseline condition.
- Ensuring production efficiency from a technical perspective.
- Proper use of data logging systems used at the Bük site and provided with access.
- Supporting the development of the operated machinery group.
- Minimizing losses in your area.
- You support and develop the machinery group entrusted to you by complying with the CIL standard, focusing primarily on lubrication and inspection.
- Performing operational maintenance tasks in the area and time designated by your superior.
- On maintenance days, you perform your work in accordance with the issued maintenance and inspection instructions, quickly and professionally troubleshoot equipment and part failures, and complete administrative work related to daily activities.
- In the event of an automation fault, involve automation engineers in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Properly handling technical warehouse materials and complying with issuance and return procedures.
- Value of inspections and condition preservation.
- Compliance with electrical industry standards during work (only with electrical qualification and authorization).
