We are looking for a technical professional who will take responsibility for the record-keeping, maintenance, and calibration of measuring tools and equipment used in production, while playing a vital role in ensuring product quality.
Tasks
- Comprehensive handling of automotive measuring tools, inspection fixtures, and precision measuring equipment
- Receipt, registration, identification, issuance, and return of measuring equipment
- Keeping measuring equipment records up to date
- Operation of CMM, Marposs measuring systems, height gauges, calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, and other measuring instruments
- Organization and tracking of calibrations and periodic checks
- Management of calibration documents, test reports, and other quality assurance documentation
- Support in investigating measurement discrepancies and equipment faults
- Collaboration with quality and production teams
- Participation in 5 Why analyses and improvement projects
- Contribution to internal and customer audits
- Assisting colleagues in the proper use of measuring equipment

Requirements
- Secondary technical or higher education
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in operating measuring tools or equipment
- Knowledge of basic metrology tools and processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Confident MS Office skills
- At least basic English proficiency
- Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment (advantage)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 (advantage)
- Knowledge of CMM or Marposs measuring systems (advantage)
- Degree in metrology, measurement engineering, or quality management (advantage)
- Certification in metrology or quality management (advantage)
