We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst who is confident in a banking environment, has a solid understanding of account management processes, and is eager to participate in the end-to-end implementation of complex IT development and data projects.
Tasks
- Comprehensive understanding of business problems and needs, reviewing and approving related documentation.
- High- and low-level functional and architectural design of IT solutions.
- Creation and review of system-level documentation.
- Monitoring and reviewing the solution design process and statuses, escalation when necessary.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops, active communication with vendors and relevant business and IT areas.
- Planning and execution of IT testing, supporting UAT processes.
- Professional support during the deployment and control phase.

Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT development projects.
- Knowledge of banking account management processes and systems, along with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of banking processes and data.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Analytical mindset, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Precise, independent working style and teamwork skills.
