At POLCZ, we prepare meals from real ingredients without additives. We are looking for a colleague for our growing webshop and brand who views AI not as a buzzword, but as a working tool, independently builds landing pages, runs ads with AI agents, and brings external partners together.
Tasks
- Website and webshop: webshop content, promotions, promo codes, conversion improvement, SEO, speed optimization
- Building landing pages and custom features using AI tools
- Managing PPC campaigns with AI agents on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
- Development and automation of marketing processes
- Testing and implementation of new tools
- Management of newsletters and email marketing
- Coordination and briefing of external partners, scheduling, accountability
- Teamwork with creative and trade marketing colleagues
- Measurement and reporting (reach, conversion, CPA, ROAS)

Requirements
- AI is your working tool (you use models on a daily basis, prompt well)
- You are curious and experimental, you love automation
- You have a coordinator personality, you enjoy coordinating and negotiating
- You understand numbers (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
- You navigate digital tools with confidence
- You think in projects
- You write well in Hungarian, and you get by in English at a working level
- You have 2-3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, e-commerce
