Tasks
- On-site management of construction projects, organization of daily construction work
- On-site management and quality control of construction work
- Organization of construction work
- Management of own employees and subcontractors
- Taking measurements on the construction site
- Maintaining the construction log
- Checking and reviewing construction plans

Requirements
- Relevant secondary or higher education in construction
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a site foreman or construction manager in residential and industrial building construction, general contracting
- Independent and responsible work
- User-level knowledge of MS Office and other construction software
- Category B driving license
